Aluma Cohen is a Manufacturing Manager at Maytronics. She has also served as Operation Excellence leader & QA team leader.

She is specialist in Lean & Agile transformation, assimilating a LEAN culture within an organization as well as instituting organizational learning while putting a strong emphasis on cultivating a strong and enduring organizational culture which is essential for the organization’s business growth.

She holds an MBA degree from the Technion in Haifa and a B.SC in Industrial management engineering.
