Dr. Alexandros Skandalakis

Dr. Alexandros Skandalakis is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years’ experience in leading Operations functions. He is currently heading Operations Strategy and Transformation at Delta Foods, one of the leading nutrition companies in Greece, and previously lead the Global Manufacturing network of Philip Morris International.

He has both strategic and executional experience, gained through leading many Manufacturing plants and Supply Chain operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa, along strategic functions at a global level.

Alexandros has won several awards on successful turnarounds, lean and digital transformations, with the latest being the prestigious Runner Up Innovation Award from the Council of Supply Chain Management Practitioners in the United States last year for the implementation of an innovative Digital Twin covering both Global Manufacturing and Product Supply across 180 countries.
