Evgenios Vlachogiannis

Evgenios was born in Athens in 1978. He holds a BEng Hons Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Management (by Distinction) from Coventry & Warwick University, also holds a MRes master’s degree in Innovative Manufacturing (by Distinction) from Cranfield University UK.

He started his career back in 2005 in GB as Lean Manufacturing Consultant giving him the opportunity in the early stages of his career to get valuable hands-on experience and responsibility in several manufacturing environments. He has transition through numerous middle and senior roles within FMCG, Pharmaceutical και Construction industries. During the last 18years he had the opportunity to collaborate with P&G Hellas, Rolco Vianyl, BIC Violex, FAMAR S.A, Hilti Group roles of either production direction and/or greenfield deployment of Lean Manufacturing systems, also having the pleasure to live, work and collaborate with the local teams in several countries across Europe, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, and overseas in US and China.

From the beginning of 2022 he has return to Greece as part of the Direction team of Systems Sunlight group, a leading company in the energy storage systems industry. He is a certified Scrum@Scale Coach as well as Certified Coach for GROW Model - Coaching for Performance - (CfPAC).”
