Ilias Diamesis

Mr. Ilias Diamesis is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a master's degree in organization and flexible production systems. He is the founder of BUSINESS ELEMENTS as of 2001, which operates in the field of Business Reorganization and specializes in improving business activities through internationally recognized methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma. He has implemented important projects of corporate activities’ reorganization and design of production units, providing consulting services in matters of management and organization, optimization of productivity, reduction of production costs and minimization of inventories.
