Nikos Gavrilakis MSc DIC BSc

Mr. Nikos Gavrilakis has a degree in Materials’ Science and Engineering from the University of Ioannina and a Postgraduate degree in Composite Materials from Imperial College, London.

He has been in the industry for more than 15 years, holding various positions such as process engineer, shift supervisor, O&M manager, methods’ engineer, CI manager through a number of sectors of the industry ranging from renewable energy, detergents, injection molding and most recently to Cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

He is IASSC Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certified who has been responsible for further implementing Lean methodologies such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka Yoke, VSM, AM in the manufacturing sites he has been. He has also introduced and utilized RCA tools such as 5Why, 6M, and FMEA as well as participated and/or driven green belt projects in the manufacturing sites he has been.
