  • Leading LSS productivity agenda for Turkey, Balkans & Israel region (9 food producing Snacks Plants_Fritolay devision and 3 Beverages Plants) using DMAIC approach

  • Provide coaching support to 34 KLs and 12 GBs to deliver productivity agenda, including regular reviews with site leadership teams.
  • Facilitate annually minimum 1 Green Belt training and 2 KL trainings in different ESSA locations with cross functional candidates (Make, Move, Non Ops)
  • Support the development of AOP plan to delivery 25% productivity from LSS for 9 sites, including 30% replication
  • Support the annual operating plan targets annually across Manufacturing for Turkey & Balkans sites with Individual accountability for delivery of 2-3 projects and the targeted project productivity
