Grigoris Paschalis holds a B.Sc. as a Mineral Resources Engineer from the Technical University of Crete. He has more than 17 years of experience in the Aluminium Industry in various managerial roles in the plant of Aluminium of Greece. He currently holds the position of the Business Innovation Director for the Metallurgy Sector in MYTILINEOS, being responsible for the Continuous Improvement projects, the Digital Transformation of the sector and the Research and Sustainable Development projects.
